Stunning luxurious house

A lovely holiday home let down by poor cleaning and maintenance Positive: The property was a spacious family size bungalow in a residential suburb overlooking a nice park area with pathways, play equipment and BBQ facilities. Negative: The property had only been superficially cleaned prior to our arrival and lacked proper mantainance. We have listed all the problems in a separate message to the host. My wife and I stayed for 18 days and the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance became more apparent and annoying over the course of our stay. We are being charged 350AUD for 'cleaning services' and I would hope that the cleaning company actually does a proper thorough job or the host changes company.

Very comfortable house Positive: It was a very modern and well furnished house. everything was as expected and more . The only thing i couldent figure out how to use the oven but thats wasnt much of a problem, The host was very helpful and was easy to contact. we would use this property again if it was available . Negative: just the Oven but that could have been my fault.

Disappointed Positive: Good location close to everything Negative: Bathrooms were mouldy every wardrobe was full of linen no room to put our clothes, no bath mat in the on suite,the tiles under the clothes line are a death trap, no access to the garage, no aircon in the front bedrooms, a toilet mat was on the concrete outside the side door when we arrived. Just disappointed that we paid so much for a week to spend with our kids for a milestone birthday.

I had a fantastic stay and will be booking again. very helpful host loved it. Positive: The property was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed, close to Westfield Shopping Centre. would definitely recommend. Negative: The CCTV system was noisy but doesn't really bother you with the Tv On.
