Serenity Stay North Lakes

Nice and comfortable stay Positive: The place was very cozy and comfortable. The best attraction was the pool..kids had lots of fun. The property has a smart tv which was very convenient as well. Negative: There's no dryer at the property and since most days it was raining it became extremely difficult to dry clothes. Would be nice to have a dryer or a clothes drying stand which can be used to dry clothes under shade.

Nice place no private pool as listed Positive: nice place handy to lots of shops good parking Negative: no private pool as listed, i phone the host who is nice but he said there is no private pool I hace emailed to compalin but booking.com never go back to me, i could have stayed somewharer charer but we wanted the pool`

Very good overall. Positive: The location and the swimming pool.It keeps the children occupied. Negative: A second TV in the main bedroom would have been great .If you have children sharing 1 tv can be an issue.
