Serenity Stay North Lakes

The townhouse, was comfortable and neat and tidy and perfect for what we needed for our short stay. Positive: The townhouse presented nice, clean and neat, with a warm cosy environment. Negative: A few minor touches that could have made stay more welcoming. Such as having some milk, little packet of biscuits and maybe some bread or mini cereals for breakfast next day. Especially when travelling long hours and arrive late would be nice to be able to have a cuppa on arrival to relax. There was a few other things as discussed with the host upon check out .

We absolutely loved this booking and what an awesome location, the house was so clean and amazing for a big family that Positive: The property was spacious for a large family and comfortable for a long stay. House was clean and everything presented to us was amazing Negative: We didn’t have our own form of transport and rely on uber drivers to take us to and from places we would like to go, the house is not clearly numbered for people to see. Sometimes we would run out of hot water when showering

This rental was easy access to shops and worked as a great spot for our family of 5 to crash each night and have breakfast each morning before heading off to the activities for the day.

Positive: Lovely little place surrounded by nice people. There was a little mishap but quickly sorted. The owner kept in frequent contact if anything was awry, other than that, a lovely home to stay for a holiday Cheers
