The location. Room and view was amazing.

Negative: I wasn’t sent my pin box code prior to picking up keys and needed ezymart shop keeper to chase pin for me, resulting in late check-in. I think pin should be released at 2:30pm as car needs to be parked, luggage moved to room etc which takes 30 minutes.

Negative: Could only get 1 set oh keys and fob. Needed 2 sets as 2 couples staying.
Did not have any wine glasses
Coffee machine was not cleaned previously and pods inside were mouldy

City getaway
Positive: Great location, gorgeous views. Kids loved the pool. Comfy, clean, fun place to stay.
Negative: Thought we would have access to the rooftop but we did not, bathtub was missing the plug so we couldn't use it
